2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz agave nectar, Sparkling water, Grapefruit wedge
Place Casa Noble, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave nectar into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass over ice (salt or lime-and-chili powder rim optional), top with sparkling water, and swirl. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila, 1 oz agave nectar, 1 oz lime juice, Lime wedge
Place ingredients, except lime wedge, into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass (salt rim optional). Garnish with lime wedge.
1.5 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila, 0.5 oz lime juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, Soda water, Dash bitters, Pineapple wedge
Place Casa Noble, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass; top with soda and bitters. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
1.5 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila, 0.5 oz ancho chili liqueur, 0.25 oz simple syrup, 2 dashes orange bitters, 2 drops molé bitters, Orange peel
Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.
1.5 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila, 0.75 oz triple sec, 0.5 oz lime juice, 0.5 oz pomegranate juice, Orange peel
Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass over ice. Finish with flamed orange peel.
1.5 oz Casa Noble Añejo Tequila, 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, 0.25 oz green chartreuse, 0.5 oz simple syrup, Lemon peel
Place all ingredients, except lemon peel, in glass; add ice and swizzle. Squeeze lemon peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.
2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila, 0.75 oz orange-chamomile simple syrup (see recipe below), 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.25 oz spiced rum, 2 dashes bitters, Orange zest, Tarragon sprig
Combine all ingredients, except orange zest and tarragon, into mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange zest; rub around rim and drop into glass. Garnish with tarragon.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 chamomile tea bags
1 orange tea bag
Preparation:
Combine sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves and water begins to boil. Remove from heat; add tea bags. Let steep for 1 hour, then cool.
2 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila, 2 thin slices jalapeño, 1 Tbsp sliced ginger, 1 oz lemon juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, Ginger ale or ginger beer, Dash bitters, Lemon wedge
Muddle jalapeño, ginger, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker; add ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass over ice, top with ginger ale or ginger beer; add bitters. Garnish with lemon wedge.
