The inaugural edition in Casa Noble’s luxurious collection of rare tequilas. Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo, Casa Noble’s founder and maestro tequilero, invites you to experience Selección del Fundador Volume I—Alta Belleza. An extra añejo—aged for three years in French white oak barrels, and an additional six months in T5 Taransaud French oak wine barrels previously used to age Robert Mondavi Winery Cabernet Sauvignon from the world-renowned To Kalon Vineyard.
Alta Belleza pays homage to the meeting of two of the world’s finest terroirs, the famed vineyards of To Kalon in Napa Valley and the rich agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico. Truly remarkable, Alta Belleza is a Casa Noble Extra Añejo tequila that has been finished in barrels that were previously used to age the prestigious Robert Mondavi Winery To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alta Belleza is sweet and bright with a taste that is perfectly balanced. The T5 Taransaud French Oak wine barrels impart a distinctive, intense flavor and deliver a beautiful copper red tone to the liquid. The mouthfeel is seductive, velvety, and long lasting. Complex aromas of green apple and spice complement notes of cinnamon, toasted almond, and sweet cooked agave for a drinking experience like no other.

The second edition in Casa Noble’s luxurious collection of rare tequilas. An extra añejo tequila, triple distilled from estate-grown, 100% Blue Weber Agave planted in 1997 to commemorate the founding of Casa Noble. To perfectly develop its complex, elegant character, this tequila was aged for eight years in new Taransaud 114-liter French white oak barrels.
